Lovely small place, it has attentive staff from the janitors to the manager. Btw, there's near a metro station.

In a hotel like this - mold is unacceptable.

We really enjoyed its more than adequate and fresh made breakfasts!

We had the most really good few days there. We have spent 7 days in business twin room with a selection of channels and 2 separate beds, as for instance, everything was really good. The location was really handy, close to a subway station, if you need it. The hotel was a comfortable base for enjoying a peaceful area.

The hotel was modern and fairly clean, with well-trained and especially helpful staff from the night shift manager. Location - it was convenient and decent, a subway station was close to the property. Also, a downtown mall was 2 miles away from the venue. The hotel had a good restaurant for dinner.

Spa was missed, we were a little disappointed.

The location of the hotel was marvellous and decent - within easy walking distance of Iris Dubai. Set close to a subway station, it was a plus.

Had a really great stay that is fully booked with meetings, everything was great. I had spacious and compact room here with a right bed and iron plus good breakfast.

Great location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. The breakfast was delicious and free with vegetarians else ok and ' Hot Food' and fruits, exactly what we required.

It's spacious affordable hotel, everything is good here. This property offers extremely spacious rooms with shampoo, comfortable beds and pillows plus good breakfast. They have a huge variety of meals to choose from, the food is fresh!

View was particularly nice, breakfast was free, and beds were comfy. The staff were incredibly polite, the room was good standard. Everything was nice as expected, though the bathroom was smelly. The location was excellent - very close to the beach daily-fab, Dubai Mall whch is also next to Burj Khalifa and on the opposite side for Mall of Emirates and business district.

All rooms were good standard.

I booked a room with a large bed, a couch, a kettle, and an iron.

Comfy room, exceptionally comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Very central location, within a close distance from Bridgewater Tavern.

We found out good prices in the hotel. Truly enjoyed how lovely small and great value the property was and its extremely helpful staff from the janitors to the manager. The location was ideal and comfortable, close to a tube station. A shopping mall and a small shop were right next door.

We expected there would be spa, but didn't find it.

The location was fantastic, with Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa nearby. The value for money was excellent, making it a worthwhile choice. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities were well-maintained. The rooms were clean, well-lit, and comfortable, providing a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of hot and cold items, adding to the overall value for money.

I did experience a minor issue with the towel situation upon arrival, but overall, my stay was enjoyable.
